Oil question
So... it happened my shop made a boo-boo and used 5w40 instead of 5w30... didn't even realize until I got home. So... What happens if you use 5w40? Will some of the more intricate parts lose lube?
I'm not trying to cheap my way out I was just trying to find some info as I tried searching to no luck.
Any oil guru's provide insight?
ps once spring comes i'm getting the filter and oil changed to 5w30
