Damn, sorry I don't have a case number as I
JUST took mine in today. The dealership took it for a test drive and was able to replicate the same issues. Called back and said ordered all the stuff to fix it under the TSB and all covered under the 5yr/60k warranty.
I'll try to get the case number tomorrow if I can get ahold of them. Said parts would be in on 31st and then they'd start on it. Said they were replacing a bunch of stuff like flywheel etc????
