Well the Silver has a metallic flake in it, so I think it does a better job of showing the lines of the car. Solid Red has a tendency to flatten the car out a little bit in certain lights.

Silver is one of the most popular colors, if not the most popular, whereas red is one of the least common. Silver is more relaxed... you won't stand out in a crowd based on color alone, which can be a good or bad thing. With the red you will stand out everywhere you go, which can be good or bad.

Silver is a very classy color... red is more aggressive and... raunchy. In red this thing gets a ton of attention so if you go that route... be prepared.

Red is also a PITA to keep looking good. Not as bad as black but still tough.
