first of all..heat soak is a huge problem in city driving. ive logged my intake air temps (IAT) at 120-130 when it was 90 degrees outside. since its so hot, car bogs from a stop until it gets moving. id suggest you go back to your tuner and have them modify the fan settings. i have my fan set to go full 100% power when im at 0mph and at least 200 something degrees on the coolant. have your tuner mess with it a bit and find some settings you like. also, your k&n typhoons are not helping being that they are short-ram intakes.
