Not to mention the dire warnings from Bran in the form of that fable about the Rat, about how above even killing a prince and feeding him to a King, what the Gods despise above all things is killing someone you've taken under your roof as a guest. And the little Walder Frey <-> Roose Bolton conversation there in the final episode, which seems to indicate that even Roose doesn't like Walder Frey much.

In the books I think she got her first kill much earlier, with Needle while escaping King's Landing, some stable-boy. There might have been another along the way at Harrenhal? But yes, she's definitely undergoing a transformation of sorts, and even The Hound doesn't really know what to make of her or do with her now. It's notable that at the end of that scene she takes back the coin she got from Jaqen and recited the words he told her to remember: Valar Morghulis (
all men must die).
