Hp wise, they all about the same. FI might give you few more ponies.
Sound wise, it's subjective. MD sounds amazing at WOT. FI sounds deeper but has drone. I like MD sounds better. It screams.
Look wise, it's subjective too. I like how FI hanging low on the z. But MD has the options on burnt tips(rolled/unrolled) and stainless tips.
Both are awesome exhaust systems. But I personally would go with MD. Just can't resist the beautiful sound.
