Look young buc, you must be out of your mind if you think a V6 Mustang or Camaro is in the same league. Everything new that is faster cost as much as the Z or more. +/-$1,000. Straight line speed doesn't stop at the 1/4 either. But say it does. It barely breaks 14's, traps 100 flat and weighs 3500 lbs. The Camaro's V6, even considering the LFX engine is no faster than the Mustang. To make matters worse for the Mustang it stops going faster at 115mph.

Z's generally run mid to low 13's and trap 103-105mph, automatics a tick or two faster. The Z stops faster, corners harder, and weighs 300-400lbs less. They are not in the same league as you say. A couple members have broken the 13 barrier with a stock Z, but they are freaks of nature and are omitted from my argument.
