I wouldn't do that unless you know
exactly what you're doing. If you want a better trigger for an M&P, consider a tried and true solution...a DCAEK from Apex Tactical. I have at least a few thousand rounds through my M&P 9L since putting one in a couple of years ago and it's excellent.
