If you tap into the speaker level outputs of the bose amp, you will only get highs or lows depending on which set you tap into. The reason is the bose amp splits the signal before going out to the speakers.

So instead of trying to sum multiple signals, tap into the low level signal going into the bose amp. This will give you a full signal with everything from highs to lows.
