I've been wanting to drift my Z for a while now. do you have an LSD? and do you use your e-brake? i ask because mine won't lock the wheels at all anywhoo,
you need to clutch in when you rip the ebrake. if that doesn't work then try adjusting tightening your ebrake until it can hold the car on a slight hill at 3-4 clicks. some of our z's come with the ebrake incredibly loose, including mine

are you drifting with a legit 2way lsd or on the stock vlsd? i can't run more than 10-15minutes before the vlsd overheats and needs to chill out for a bit before running again. drifting my friend's 240 with a 1.5way locked much much better. every time i thought i was going to spin out (like i would have in the z) it just kept going and going.
