Yeah it's not worth it for the smaller one, just get a 19-row (which is still fairly small), and use a blockoff in the winter if you have to. Keep in mind any add-on oil cooler is adding some known risks to the car. The factory oil system is all inside the block, you're adding high-pressure oil lines and fittings wrapping around to the cooler in the front. If one of those hoses blows while driving you have very little time to save the engine before it's toast.

Be very sure about the quality of the installation, and consider adding an oil pressure gauge / alarm at the same time. Or just don't do it all unless you're really seeing damagingly-high temps on a regular basis. I wouldn't even worry about it unless you're reaching 240 regularly and have seen some 250+ spots in conditions that are likely to be repeated.
