Wow, that sucks I never had my insurance call me with their problems.

I can't believe that they are so lazy or unwilling so spend any money to deal with a clear cut accident that they are willing to make their customer deal with the other insurer.

They should put more money into good service to keep customers rather then commercials to get new customers.
