I went to give her a proper bucket wash this afternoon because it's in the upper 60's and really nice. Wouldn't you know as I was rinsing her off and unfurling the hose to get more length, I look back towards the house and see a large plume of water where last i checked, there wasn't one!
I walked over to where the plume of water is spouting and realize that the dad-blessed spigot had snapped off! I'm all like oHHhhh Sh!t!
It's a good thing we have a shutoff valve just inside the garage, so acting quickly I kill the water.
Unfortunately, this is not something i have the skill set to repair so I'm sitting out in my garage waiting for the plumber dude to show up, which is going to cost at minimum $125!
