ok lets just take an example of amuse rear bumper there are some vents there. If you apply the wrap you can cover everything and push the wrap with heatgun and would be happy but then those tight curves will get loose in next few days and you have to make a piece of size of the curve and reapply it then, its hard to see from few ft but then there are pieces.

If you see my car each bumper was done in 4-6 pieces, its just the doors/roof/hood/hatch which you can do in single piece.
