Seriously though, expanding the capacity of a small business without losing quality in the process is probably one of the toughest challenges any business faces. If you keep the growth very slow and organic and don't go too far it can be manageable in some industries. Hats off to FI for sticking up for quality over excessive growth so far, and I hope they're choosing and training new employees carefully
