You can do all of these installs yourself in your home garage with a jack and two jackstands.... You will need a set of spring compressors though which you can rent or buy. Or borrow!
If you plan on bigger tires (305 rear - 275 front) then the 15 and 20mm spacers are best. If you are staying stock sizes with the Swifts then go 20 and 25 on the spacers. I have the 15 and 20's and plan on getting bigger rubber later so I'm set.
