If you do make headers, what would be really lovely would be to try to pay attention during the design phase to installation ease (without sacrificing performance of course). It's going to be a hell of a job regardless, but a little could be done with the exact routing/placement of the header tubes (we're talking 2-3mm shifts in one direction or the other) to make it significantly easier to reach the header bolts with tools during installation.

You'll see what I mean if/when you try to install a prototype on a 370 with the engine in the car the first time. One bolt in particular on my Stillen headers (the bottom center one on the driver's side) probably took more time, pain, and effort to tighten and torque than the rest combined (not that any of them were easy).
