Hmmm I don't follow you. If you hit the button, the VDC is off. The slip light might still flash due to the ABLS, which is a computer controlled LSD. It doesn't limit engine output directly, it just apply brakes to the wheel that is spinning. Nissan has a safety bypass that doesn't allow left foot braking, is that what you mean? The VDC doesn't turn itself back on.
