To be honest I'm not sure if they aer halogen or xenon. I know they are rated at 4300k though. The previous owner put in 8000k bulbs and they are very blue and sometimes only 1 comes on at night so I decided to go back to stock.

I was under the impression the Philips Ultinon bulbs were 6000k bulbs.
