Is this tire repairable?

So I bought a brand new tire of the same brand and everything and was able to buy road hazard warranty for all 4 tires. Is there anything bad about

So I bought a brand new tire of the same brand and everything and was able to buy road hazard warranty for all 4 tires.
Is there anything bad about running the rear with different tread depths on each side?
