Default 19" vs 20"

Hey I'm fairly new to the forum and this is my first post so hopefully it's in the right spot and not been asked too many times before.

Anyways I'm looking at getting aftermarket wheels in the next few months and am curious on how big of a difference 20" wheels make in performance aspects. I'm assuming you lose some power but is it a significant amount or not enough to notice a difference? Has anybody put their Z on a dyno with 19s and 20s to see the difference?
