So you and I are the same.
Assuming you can find these wheels in 19" (as De0.50 said, the largest they come in now is 18") and assuming you can find these offsets, you want 9" wide up front with with offset of around +32 and 10.5" in the rear with an offset of around +22. This will put the rims 5-7 mm inside the edge of the fender. The tires wil bulge out some around the rim, to make it all look flush.
