Will 255/40s rub on a lowered 9.5 +12?

Decided to go with a 245/40 front and 285/35 rear so I could get the specific tires I wanted. Similar to stock sport setup but now the rears are 4mm

Similar to stock sport setup but now the rears are 4mm larger instead of smaller than the fronts (same as Nismo I believe). Will update again once installed. Thanks for all the input.
