Redrilling wheels the proper way with a steel insert would be no problem at all, with the proper hubcentric rings you should avoid any vibration issues as well. Alot of 5x112 cars take a high offset rather than what the Z can fit tho. I would double check fitment and go for it if the deal is worth it.
