could someone help explain rim sizing and offset

so ive never bought rims before but i want to now and i would like it if someone could explain to me the offset and when to use spacers. i

Default could someone help explain rim sizing and offset
so ive never bought rims before but i want to now and i would like it if someone could explain to me the offset and when to use spacers. i would like to have the rears have an incurve on the outside and i have a new set of tires on the sport 19" and i would like to keep the same tires and just switch them to the new rims.

Lower offset will push the wheel out. These are 10.5" wide with +15 offset
