It turns out that it can't be patched. I ended up ordering the tire through the Nissan dealership who is matching the Tire Rack's price shipped and should do a

I ended up ordering the tire through the Nissan dealership who is matching the Tire Rack's price shipped and should do a good job mounting and balancing it. It sucks, but at least I won't have to worry about it.
