My understanding is their finishes aren't done in-house, and they've been having some quality issues with the place doing them and have had to send a lot of wheels back

My understanding is their finishes aren't done in-house, and they've been having some quality issues with the place doing them and have had to send a lot of wheels back to be refinished. That plus the sudden increase in demand that they weren't ready for...
