good spec, no mods needed. but then again it's based on your tire size.

Looks good to me, i would go 265-35-19 and 305-30-19 for tire sizes

Closer to square the better. 285/35/19 is a better choice for the front but the rear needs to be taller.

Why would you suggest such a massive tire for a 9.5 front?

If he was running an 11" front maybe but I don't know anyone running a 285 on a +22 9.5

I think max 255 or 265.

285 for the rear maybe

Because 285 on a 9.5" is not massive, many many many people run it! Lol how do you not know anyone? Spoon, Martin, Mike, chrisslicks, are just 4 off the top of my head, and because you suggested such a large rear with such a small front. These cars handle worse with stagger. 285/285 would be best. If you and he insist on a 305 rear you need to be at or lower than the stock stagger which is 30mm.

You can safely run 20% more tire than wheel, everyone knows this. A 9.5" is good to 285, 10.5" is good to 320, and 11" is good to 335. Also I wouldn't run more than 0.5" tire diameter difference front to rear on these cars.

285 front is overkill for a strictly street driven car, not even going to justify 320 or 335 on a 370z

Lol so is a 305

And so is a 9.5" and 11" wheel.

But just because you think one aspect is wrong and not the other 2, don't give the guy a sh*tty handling car. He might drive it more than just to the grocery store and back.

Do you know how many thousands of Z33/Z34 owners run the setup I suggested (or something similar) why would you honestly think it would handle wrong??

I have been around the the Z community for a very long time, I just don't know where you are getting your info from and I have never seen someone give the recommendations that you have

Well apparently you spend no time in the track section or read the 4 people I posted builds. If everyone jumped off a bridge would you also? Track times are where it's at for what really handles better, not the thousands that never go. Let's leave it at that.

I know he didn't. But if I drive a sports car I want it as sporty as possible. I don't care if I'm canyon running, twisties in the mountains, donuts in a parking lot, or getting groceries. I'm not going to follow the blind just because it's the norm and people said "well thousands do it." I'm sorry but in this car a 40mm stager is retarded, I'm not sure why you don't get this. I'm not the brick wall here. Lower the rear or up the front, period. Please message Spoon or anyone else I named. Hell PM Doran. Yes he's forced to run a 245/275 but I bet he'd give his left nut for square.
