Are you on crack? I was born and raised in dallas and temps drop below 45 all the time in the winter which summer tire performance becomes terrible.

It now needs new tires. It only has three tires on which you can drive and they are down to 4/32 thread or less. The fourth tire is toast (damaged sidewall).

I was going to get a set of new tires for the sale to help increase my chances of selling the car.

As an average car buyer (not as a track enthusiast) would you prefer to buy a car with all-season tires or performance tires, if you lived in a winter climate.

No season tires (or all season). Major car companies and dealers have already done the research and marketing for you. People expect all season tires on cars. Only a small percentage of people care for summer/winter tires.
