Should I add the spacers?

adding spacers wont help the huge gap you have. you need a drop more than anything.

don't add spacers unless you do a drop first. Some folks have added spacers w/o, most didn't looked right, while some were able to pull it off. Either do more research, or end up like me having multiple types of spacers due to trial and error. It's a learning process if you are not familiar with offsets. And remember, don't reuse the studs when experimenting, or use a impact wrench.
