How long have you had the spacers?
I've been on the same combination of Powertrix 20mm in front and 25mm in the rear along with thier SS coilovers for close 2 years now without any issues.

Did you make sure to retorque the spacers after the first 500 miles?
Also its best to always check or re torque the spacers if the wheels come off for any maintence etc.

Regardless, I would contact Charles and let him kno what you are experiencing and im sure he will help/take care of you in one way or another.

I had them on for about 3k miles. I torqued them to 90ft-lbs. After 500 miles, re torqued them. And any time I had the wheel off I would check them just to be safe. At first I never had an issue, then one day the vibration was so bad I had to remove the front spacers. The steering wheel would shake like crazy and handling was horrible. I just ordered lowering springs, so I was going to put my front spacers back on and try it out again. But I'll call Charles and talk to him. The whole time the rear spacers have held up great.

Soooo what size spacers should I get if I have the stock Rays rims on a Z that is not dropped that will not throw rocks and other crap on the body?

Depends how you drive I suppose. I'm in stock spacing with stock suspension and fling an occasional rock from cutting really hard and high speed. 10-15 mm in front would be as far as I would go.
