I will try and post pics soon! They set me back $1450, installed included. The price of the tires were $1350 I believe. I could've gotten them a little cheaper off of Tire Crawler, but I'm good friends with a guy at a local shop, so I wanted to support them.

There is no way I will get anywhere near 32k. I will be lucky to squeeze out 15k miles on them.

I've seen a large range of stock tire life on here. I'm assuming unless you already have an alignment problem that it's just driving style? It def would have been harder for me to justify spending a ton of money on PSS's had I only gotten 15K out of my stockers! Haha

32k on stockers? Wow!!! I will definitely need new tires in the spring, dreading it. But feedback like this always helps. Thanks!

MY deal for the PSS's fell thru and I ended up with Hankook Ventus V12's which are a good second choice.

Too much toe. Your tires are probably feathered.

Thanks for the pics, guru! Nice door handles as well. I'm going to be painting mine this winter.

And yea.....those feet do not belong to a female...at least I hope. :rofl2:

These have 300 tread wear right?

I've always wondered about tread wear. I always assumed a lower number would equal better traction no? I should probably read up on this more.

At 15k my rears (base advan sports) are basically gone. I am looking for new tires and passed these over because I can't see them gripping nearly as well as stock (given treadwear).

I am looking at these:
Ratings, reviews and specifications for Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08 tires

Would these perform much better than PSS?

guru 11-13-2012 04:23 PM

I have driven a sport with stock tires and they are no way near as good as the pss's. I am also getting the ad08's next but i'm ok with only getting 10000 miles on a set of tires

I just got my PSS about a week ago after much research. So far I really like them on my '09 370Z but honestly don't see that much difference from the Potenzas that were on them from the factory. They seem a little softer which provides a more comfy ride but seem a little cushy especially taking a turn at higher than posted speed limits. As far as road noise is concerned, a little better than the Potenzas but not much. Lets face it, riding in the driver's or passenger's seat of the Z is really like riding in the trunk so road noise is pretty much guaranteed. I'll see how the PSS do over time. Overall, I'm not disappointed I bought them.

Comparison Potenza to PSS for Sport Rims. I tend to over analyze. Have run PSS for over a year- great tire
