Default Installing b2designs front spacers

So went today to install my 20mm spacers up front when i notice aside the bolts to hold the wheel in place there is also another smaller bolt that sticks out in between the bolts for the wheels. Guessing its used to hold the disc brake in place? Is that supposed to be removed?
Any help is appreciated. My Z is not USDM but bought locally in Panama or PDM .
Tks
