If you think the actual size of the tire in relation to what is stamped on the sidewall is the same from manufacturer to manufacturer... Sorry... That's not the case.

Never said that, but obviously there is some consistancy and it should be within the ballpark. Just stating simply that a 305/30/19 tire is generally more off from the oem rear tire in diameter than the 285/35/19.
