Avant Garde Ag.Function Forged Wheel line up.

A little teaser for you guys/gals.

We have been working hard on the next project.

Avant Garde will be releasing a fully forged wheel line up.

AG. Function will be built with a purpose of being light and strong. They will be fully FEA tested and send to the standardized testing labs or STL in OH to be run through its paces to make sure it will take the abuse on the street and the track. Each 3 piece wheel will come with full race prep with spoke and back pad pocketing at no extra charge... The best part? Want titanium hardware but don't want to pay the extra 800 dollars a set for it? Well we listened and its included in the price for these wheels.

After the wheel is machined it gets shot peen and then an anodized coating to reduce any extra weight powder coat or paint may add.

First set that came out will be for a E90 M3
19x9.5 +22 20.75
19x10.5 +22 21 lbs.

The wheel going off to testing was a 19x8.5 +48 came in at 19.47lbs

This is for the F310 7 split spoke mesh. We are expecting the 5 spoke to be even lighter.

We will have a 7 spoke mesh a 5 spoke and a 10 spoke design.

Here are some pictures to hold you over till the first photoshoot.

We will have these in 18 19 and 20

Build time is 2-4 weeks.

19x9.5 is full pad so weight would be similiar on a z :)

Can you post pictures of the 5 spoke? I might be interested if the price is right.

We have a 5 spoke on the drawing board. They will be cut next week.

We test fit it on the M3 today :) It will get mounted on Monday.

You could get a set made for your self I am just sayin

Waiting to see the five spoke!

F310 monoblocks in brushed gunmetal coming out next week.

5 spoke should be out of the CNC machined this week for some preview shots.

these wheels are looking good! :tup:

19x10 20x12 Z06 setup.

This is the how they look raw from the shot peen. They will then go to brush and go for a gunmetal tinted clear.

It comes down to brake caliper clearance. For 370z's with the sport package we would need a full back pad. For non sport we can use a low-mid. I hope this clears things up.

The mesh looks nice, except--and I mean no disrespect, but want to be honest--all those bling-y fake bolt heads, or whatever those things are supposed to be. I would like to see the mesh design without them...I think the design would be very clean and focused that way.
