The PSS is an amazing street tire. Definitely one of the best out there right now.

However if you don't think your driving style is such to take full advantage of the performance, but you still want summer performance, you might want to consider a tire like the Continental DW (not DWS). It should cost a good bit less than the PSS but still offers good dry and wet weather performance with nice wear characteristics.

Do we know what chains or dealerships use touchless mounts? Otherwise I will just call around. I wonder if the Nissan dealership will install Tire Rack tires... I'm sure for the right price they would... again it is about limiting my exposure to hassle.

I'm certain Nissan will mount them for you. I'm getting mine put on at Nissan, 125 for mount/balance and alignment.

Thanks for all the replies, what about
Kuhmo Ecsta 4X(Ultra High Performance All-Season) any one had a set of these ? if so how are they on road noice and longevity ?

If you enjoy driving your Z I'd stick to a summer compound.

The only time I'd run an all-season is if I had to deal with the potential of some snow and only wanted to run one set of tires year round. In that case I'd get the Continental ExtremeContact DWS.
