Winter Tires and Wheels

I put 245/45/18" Hankook W409 studded on my roadster with sport package. Works great. I'm in Manitoba and though warm this year we get real winter here. Only concern is

I'm in Manitoba and though warm this year we get real winter here. Only concern is ground clearance but as I don't drive to work I can wait till the roads are plowed.
