What would be the best width and offset for M310 in 19s to get things flush on my g37 coupe that is not lowered yet but will plan on lowering hopefully not too much longer after getting these wheels?

Mmmm I am liking these m310 wheels, and they arn't super expensive.

If I change from my OEM rays to these m310 in 19x9.5 (front) and 19x11 (rear), will I notice a decrease in performance?
