Can some one help me with Tenzo wheel

I'd love to go with that dimensions, but for the front in 19''x8,5" +20 it Will push the wheel out about 25mm more than the factory wheel. And this is

And this is too much regarding the regulation of my beautiful country;-), so it's not permited. I know it is strange, and that why is so difficult to find a good and permited wheels;-)... So for you, the dimensions i gave you before Will work?!? I can go for it...
