Yes.

You need a rear camber kit or an alignment is worthless

New springs will require a little bit of time to settle. Give it a week to do so. Your tires will be fine during that time unless you will be driving lots, eg. going on a road trip.

I lowered my car about 1/2" rear and 3/4" front and have 15/20 mm spacers on OEM Rays wheels at the moment. I ended up purchasing camber kits anyway b/c I wanted my camber adjusted a certain way. I can tell you that without the camber kits, you can't get the camber back to spec. This is where some people have a difference of opinion or are indifferent (ie. doesn't matter to them what the end camber will be so long as the car looks good). When I asked the same question as you, a lot of people said, "oh no...no camber kit is needed unless you lower more than 1". Like I said, that wasn't the case.

My personal advice to you is if you want to do it right, get the camber kits front and rear. It'll save you unnecessary (uneven) tire wear. Also, if you wait for an alignment to decide if you need the camber kits, you basically will have to pay for a second alignment once the camber kits are installed.
