Man, you're not having much luck with wheel related stuff lately, are you! If you haven't completely lost confidence in your friend's uncle's shop up till now...well this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Those yahoos should be paying to replace your stud(s) and nut(s) that are stripped due to over-torquing, but I wouldn't trust them to do anything else to the car.

Ya I absolutely gave up with that shop, I got no respect from them and no support from the friend that recommended them so I'm NEVER going there again i just need to find a better shop around here.
