Brand new- potenzas off for conti dws? interested?

HEy gang,

Im in NYC and picking up a new 2011 sport/touring tomorrow. (Psyched)
Im thinking of immediately selling the stock bridgestone potenzas and putting on Conte Extreme Contact DWS tires. This way I have an all season performance tire on.

Has anyone done this like Im planning? Would anyone be interested in brand new Bridgestone Potenzas?

i did it, but you are going to get lowball offers on it, like around 600 to 700

Yeah I took mine off at 700 miles. I sold mine on craigslist with a set of market wheels I had. I got about $800 for the tires, but you probably won't get that much on your own. I live in CT now, used to work in the city.

Ouch that seems quite low since they go for $305 a tire and they have NO miles on them.

You are better off keeping it. I got lucky as I part mine with the TSWs.
