Invos are OK if you are on a budget. Won't be anything like the PSS but I know a number of people that like them.

Which is funny because 8/10 guys in the local Viper club run Invos. Though that might have more to due with sizing than anything else?

You'd just figure if you can drop $50k+ on a car you wouldn't be all to worried about $2k on tires.

Thanks Guys, really appreciate it...I'm working on getting a new camera lol... hopefully soon. As for the drop..... perhaps some swifts, but that's a discussion for another thread. Thanks again for the compliments.

You did well. I have had mine on for 5 months and about 6,000 miles and they are great so far.

do the supersports run a bit taller in the sidewall than most tires?
I mean, would a 305/30/19 be almost the same amount of sidewall as my factory Nismo Yoko's @ 285/35/19? I want to go wider, but I don't really want to increase the gap in my fender. |

Just installed PSS 18's on the front end, stock tires are holding up ok on the back. Definitely thinking about springing for Michelins on the back too.
The grip is way better. The stock Potenzas are noisy as hell and dont seem to stick to the road in sharp turns like these do. The handling and noise is so much better with the PSS's, I think I'm driving a different car. We'll see how they hold up but after the Potenzas anything is likely to be an improvement. I think the dealer loads those tires on the car so they can sell you another set as quickly as possible. |
