265 will fit the front within spec ranges. 305 in the rear will go on the rims with bulge, but most 305 tire specs will call for a rim that is 0.5-1" wider than your stock rims for that tire size.

so i am better off with 295 in the rear

Yep. I went with 285 in the RE-11s since 10" rims were the low end of what they were spec'd to fit. They fit nicely too...any wider and it would look like it's bulging. But 295 in RE050As would probably be spot-on.
