Bridgestone RE-11's mounted

A few people were asking for more pics of these mounted up. I did my best, it is really hard to photograph black tires on a white car outside :)

These are 275/35R19 front, 305/30R19 rear.

Aggressive looking tread!

I like them, but I dont know about going so wide on the stockers. How does turn in feel? Must be a little mush cause of the bulge..

There is slight bulge on the rear but really not so much on the front. Turn in is still very sharp, and there is no squirm in the rear. The 275's fit better on the 9" rims that the 305's do on the 10". That's a 1.5" difference in tire size front to rear but only a 1" difference in rim width. Unfortunately for this tire there are no sizes in between yet.

We'll see how it does weaving the cones this weekend.

Thanks for the full pics  Looks good. Now just need to space the wheels out about 15mm and a 1" drop and it will look awesome

I would drop it but I've already been scraping that front air damn. Ironically one of the worst places is where you have to go to get into the Nissan dealer, did it on the test drive, LOL. They need a folding one like the Corvettes have. :)

As for the wheels, I think eventually I'm just going to move up a size, 9.5" front, 10.5" or 11" rear. With the correct offsets they should sit just right.

Thanks for the awesome pics. G'luck on the track.

If you got 305 for the rear how come you have the same rims? I thought the stock rims were 275? me confused here?

305 and 275 refer to tire width not rim widths. A 10in wheel can accomodate a range of different tires.

ChrisSlicks 04-03-2009 01:09 PM

Yep. 305 is technically a little too wide for a 10" rim so it's not optimal, it will still work though, it's just going to function more like a 295.

That's awesome! props to you for getting detail in the black tires on a white car.

Do us a BIG favor PLEASE!!!!

Take some pics of the rear of the car more straight-on from the rear so we can see how FAT those look from the back.

monthtrial 04-05-2009 02:29 AM

YES!!!

It would be awesome to get perspective on the the rear stance and the contact patch.

I tried but failed. I will try again under more controlled lighting.
