I have no clue what a good deal is as i have not dealt much with expensive sets of wheels. So with that being said.... is 4,500 shipped a good deal for the above set of wheels? Im seriously considering pulling the trigger if so.

I paid $5300 thru Forged Performance last year and got 4 TE-37's, Volk center caps, blue stems....AND Potenza RE-11's included. Is the $4500 just the CE-28's? If so...seems way high.....unless those are extremely superior to the TE-37's?
