Default two tone powder coat rims

Is it any harder to do a two color powder coat on rims than a single color? I have a blue Z and want to powder coat them as the back rims were messed up a bit by replacing the tires. They fixed it but I can still tell a difference between the front and back rims now so I was thinking of powder coating. I want some blue in the rims but silver too as an all blue rim is too much for me.

Also any ideas on where the blue would look best but not too overpowering?

Thanks.
