I don't have sport rims, but am patiently waiting to wear down the Advens so I can put on "Continental Extreme Contact DWS" in 1" wider rubber than stock.

Use tirerack.com and the ratings for UHPAS tires if you're looking for rain and/or cold performance. Summer treads are supposedly no good below about 40 degrees F., though I ran fine in dry weather last winter.

Bought a set of Hankook V12s from Tire Rack and had them drop shipped to a local tire shop and got'em installed earlier this week.

A lot quieter than the OEMs and they seem to be ok.

A bonus is the $60 rebate I'll be getting.

I just got the Pilot A/S plus tires. They have the strangest tread pattern I have seen. They are a bit quieter than the OEM tires. Handling seems just fine. Now all I have to do is figure out what to do with 4 19 inch OEM tires with just 1500 miles on them.

I've got that same tire and am at 10,500 with hardly any wear. Don't know how you drive. Some will get more others less. I think i can get 25,000 out of my stock tires.

Are these tires worn evenly all the way across ? or more on the edges or middles ?

Yes he is snowing you big time. I had -2.5 rear camber and my rear RE050's lasted 8k miles (with a lot of sideways corner action). My front RE050's have -1.4 camber and 2 track days and are now ready to be replaced at 16k miles. Under normal alignment and driving the stock RE050's should see 20k+ miles easily.
