I'm going aftermarket.

Forgeline, Volk, or CCW for me.

M.Bonanni 01-05-2009 04:13 PM

I am thinking of going with a 19" or 20" iForged Monaco in all matte black with "time attack" stripe.

I will have to photoshop it on on the car first.

RCZ 01-05-2009 07:28 PM

minus the TA stripe

Will the stock 370Z fit on a 350Z? Our 350Z wheels are in terrible shape.

Stock wheels will go onto the kouki.
Will be replaced by work emotion S1s.
Hard to deny such a timeless wheel.

Maybe Te37s =]

Zerafian 01-16-2009 08:15 AM

purchase the new Z with base wheels and go aftermarket all the way.

Fries 01-16-2009 11:07 PM

I want to buy a base model with:
Easy Button Downshifting
BBK
VLSD

I don't know if it's possible to do that though? Can you just get the items from the sport package without getting everything?

tvfreakazoid 01-25-2009 03:17 PM

Or buy wider profile tires would be another option.

I think a set of Volk forged monoblock wheels (TE37, CE28n, RE30) will set the car off nicely.

Those are pretty nice looking rims. How heavy are those? When I get my ride I would like to get some aftermarket rims, but something on the lighter side.

Although it all depends on the car owner's preference... Some like lip... some like gunmetal... some like gunmetal with a lip... etc... Flat spokes... curved spokes... thin spokes... wide spokes... etc.

I'd like to see the aftermarket aerodynamic styling upgrades to get an idea of which wheels would look best once it is upgraded..... mainly because the car has a smooth look to it but then again it has some sharp/aggressive features.

like a 19-20" Enkei GTC01 Evolution & DF01

Other than those 2 Enkei's I also like the RP05, RP03, RPF1 TypeRC, plus many more like the Yokohama Advan Connoisseur No.151C, Yokohama Advan AVS Model T5, Volk GTF, Volk GTS, Volk GTM, Volk GT-7, SF-Challenge & Winning, Maybe a Lorezno 18"/19" and Diamo (if available in the correct offset), 5Zigen SC3000 (if it wasn't getting discontinued), Some SSR wheels like the WERFEN GT-03, Professor VF1, and MS1.. and the list goes on.
