Thanks to everyone for the positive comments. Lowering is next on my list - next month if the funds permit. I will probably go with Eibach springs. I don't want to go too aggresive since I am scraping in places now.

That is my wife's "94 Miata in the garage. I traded my '04 Mazdaspeed Miata on the Z. I have owned 3 Miatas and loved them. The Z blows the Miata away when you compare power even to the turbocharged and modified MS Miata, but few cars, including the Z can outhandle a well set up Miata. And the Miata doors are legendary!;)

That's exactly what I thought! It looked like the Hotwheels Z.

~1" drop would be nice.

AZ- so you're running this setup right now (from the other thread)?

"19x9.5 with +41 offset and 19x10.5 with +27 offset. I am running 15mm H&R spacers up front and 20mm in the rear."

So you're at +26 front +7 rear?

instead of lowering it, how about this? swap out the front spacers to 10mm (ET36) and 10mm for rear (ET17). this will make the wheels fit better without lowering. as you probably already know, lowering a car introduces all sorts of other issues so you need to be committed in following through with a lot of misc crappage. :D

GL with watever you decide! :)

Honestly, the front I would def not change. We are running +22-+25 on 9.5" each wheels on the Z and it is coming out perfect when you lower the car. THe offset in the rear is considered aggressive, but when he lowers it you will see how perfect it will look. I can only tell you guys perfection. I now have your car on my desktop, to show me that TSW has truly stepped up their game.

obviously if you're going to lower the car things change dramatically (literally on this car with its neg camber).

i was speaking from the perspective if he was to KEEP stock height.

Looking good.

A drop and you're golden.
